When a winter weather advisory is predicting up to a foot of snow, I usually plan on staying home. But as I drove through the piles of snow and unplowed roads I was thinking “Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor high winds will stop me from the swift completion of my appointed rounds.” Then I saw a poor mailman trudging through the snow and it made me laugh. He looked a lot more tough than me as I was in my warm car catching up on my podcast and audio book… 😉

But nevertheless, I was on my mission because it was 2027 KHP Spokesmodel Welcome Box delivery day and there was no chance I was missing that! Each spokesmodel received a surprise box of goodies announcing their acceptance into the 2027 team. It’s always so much fun to plan these boxes and with the help of their parents, surprise them! I couldn’t wait to find out how the girls reacted to their boxes and this year’s team made my heart smile SO BIG! I was overwhelmed with the excitement and joy the girls had when finding and opening their boxes. They even sent me messages about how much they are looking forward to their time as a 2027 KHP Spokesmodel!

I just know they are going to be SO MUCH FUN to work with and I can’t wait to start capturing their true beauty and joy! But first, a meet and greet. Check back next month to see how much fun we have the first time we all get together!

So I bet you’re wondering what goes into a welcome box? The welcome box includes some of my favorite items, gifts from local vendors, information about being a KHP Spokesmodel and goodies that represent my brand. Each year is a little different so let’s take a closer look:

First up, custom cookies from Summer Sweets 406. Not only does Amanda make delicious cookies, but they are ADORABLE and always better than I could’ve imagined!

Then a gift card for The Retro Cowgirl Boutique. A favorite of mine. So many good pieces and the staff is just the best! I’ve collaborated on a styled session with them and the outfits were PERFECT!
