September provided a beautiful golden evening for these Montana Ranch Senior Portraits. The gentle breeze cooled the hot sun and wispy clouds created a gorgeous sunset. Kyler was at ease with Lorie as he walked her around the pines, but she only cared about one thing; treats. It was evident they had a good relationship and although she was trying to steal the show, it was the best way to start this session.
Kyler is a laid back senior who loves the outdoors. When he isn’t hunting, he spends his time working on his grandparent’s ranch in Molt. I loved that he wanted to take his photos at a place with so much meaning to him. His grandparents have a beautiful property with deep canyon views, pine trees, and rock ledges. Not only were their gorgeous views but Kyler was also able to incorporate his grandpa’s horse, Lorie Darlin’, and the coolest old firetruck. (Which turned out to be some of my favorite pictures.) I also loved the way he included his favorite people during his session and the fact that it was a whole family affair!
Kyler, I had so much fun photographing your senior portraits! Your laid back personality and variety of props made your session so enjoyable. I’m so excited for your senior year. I just know you’re going to have the best year ever! I appreciate your willingness to try anything. I’m so excited for you and Abby and I feel so honored to have been part of that special moment for you two. I can’t wait to see how your relationship grows over the years. Thank you again for choosing and trusting me with your very special Montana Ranch Senior Portraits.
